Chief Complaints: Eruption on head since two days Swelling around the Eyes since two days
H/O presenting illness: Patient came with the complaints of eruptions on head, with watery discharge since two days and swelling around both the eyes with pain, first right eye then left eye, since two days which he developed suddenly after a haircut. The swelling around eye was >pressure. Associated with these complaints the patient had increased thirst and decreased appetite. Along with the eruptions the patient had increased perspiration of the head.
Treatment: The patient was prescribed Belladonna 0/1, daily three times in water, each time modifying the dose by ten succussions 0n 12/07/02. The follow up is as follows-
