Application forms can be obtained on submission of crossed DD for Rs.600, drawn on or after, 05-09-03 , in favour of the registrar, NTR university of health sciences , payable at Vijayawada.

1. The Principal, JSPS Govt. Homoeopathic Medical College , Ramantapur, Hyderabad-13.

2. The officer on special duty , NTR university of health sciences office, Directorate of medical education buildings , Koti, Hyderabad .-500195.

Requisitions shall be accompanied with a written request specifying , the course along with , a self addressed of 20 cms x 25 cms , size affixing postage of Rs. 30 .The candidate shall also specify , on the back of the DD , the name of the candidate, social status and NAME OF THE COURSE , for which application form is to be sent .

LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS: on or before 01 -10 -03 .

ENTRANCE TEST: on 26-10-03.
