Dr.Anoop M Nigwekar has been in Homoeopathic practice since 1987. He had done his training from the Institute of Clinical Research and has been a clinical supervisor in the postgraduate training program. He has been instrumental in project planning, execution & managing four hospitals developed by the Dr.M.L.Dhawale Memorial Trust.

Dr.Manoj Patel has been in homoeopathic practice since1987. He was  trained with Institute of Clinical Research and is a Clinical Supervisor in its postgraduate training program. He has been instrumental in developing the tribal homoeopathic health service of Dr.M.L.Dhawale Memorial Trust over the past eight years. He is associated with other community oriented organisations such as Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai(TISS). He is responsible for the establishment of Vadodara branch of ICR.
